The SlateWeight comes with six 5lb cast iron pucks which can be slotted into the main chamber to increase the weight. The weight is adjustable from 10-40lbs (5lb increments) allowing all users to find a resistance that works for them.

The SlateWeight comes with two four inch steel pins. The pins are are used to secure the pucks in place. The steel pins are inserted on either side of the weights to hold them in the center of the chamber. This center-loaded weight is a stable and challenging tool for all levels of fitness.
