The two ergonomically modified handles were designed to reduce stress on joints, improve range of motion, and focus muscle fibers in ways that no other free weight has before.
The SlateWeight (patent pending) comes with six 5lb pucks which can be slotted into the body to increase the weight. The weight is adjustable from 10-40lbs (5lb increments) allowing all users to find a resistance that works for them. The weight can be used for a variety of exercises including; rows, presses, curls, raises, squats, swings, twists, get-ups and more. Anything you can do with a kettlebell, you can do with a SlateWeight.
